How does the subscription model work?

As a new Happy Path subscriber, we start you off with a thorough business inquiry to get an idea of your business and its requirements. We’ll onboard you onto our project management system and scope out your first project. After that, you’re ready to make requests, ask for revisions, and review your updates and reports from our team.

Are there any limitations on design requests and revisions?

No! Happy Path is committed to offering unlimited requests with unlimited revisions for all our subscribers, so feel free to queue as many requests as you like. You’ll see regular reports where you can monitor our progress through your work queue or make any changes to it as necessary, like moving an urgent project ahead.

How do I monitor my work queue, view reports, and communicate design requests?

Happy Path subscribers can choose from our project management software options: Basecamp, ClickUp, Trello, or potentially your own Project Management System upon request. Once you’re set-up, you can monitor and edit your work queue on your PMS, and your reports will be shared on your PMS and your registered email.

How do I pause my subscription?

As a Happy Path subscriber, you can pause or resume your subscription to ensure you’re not paying for a service you aren’t using. To pause your subscription, please send an email to accounts@happy-path.tech. You must have an empty work queue to pause your account.

A paused account will not incur subscription costs until the account is resumed. For subscribers on our quarterly or yearly plans, the remaining months of your subscription will remain when you decide to resume your account. To resume your account subscription, you can contact us at accounts@happy-path.tech.

How long does it take to complete a design request?

When you make a request, we work with you to understand its scope and, depending on the size of the request, break the request down into tasks. Tasks are then completed every 3 to 5 business days with regular reports to update you on the progress of your work queue.

What kind of work do you do?

Happy Path has extensive experience with every design medium. From websites and app screens to print media like billboards, posters, and magazine pages, to animation for television and social media campaigns.

We’re also happy to help with market and user research, product strategy, and product design consulting as part of our core services.

How big is your team?

Happy Path’s core team is two people, each with extensive experience working with highly successful companies like Canva and Google. Our team expands as necessary to handle auxiliary functions like data collection and admin work, but the designs themselves are always handled by our core team.

Does Happy Path retain any ownership of the designs?

No. As a Happy Path subscriber, you have full ownership of every design we make for you. At the end of each completed task, we hand over all files and assets and pass complete ownership of the design to you.
